Wat is het, wat doet het en moet jouw bedrijf meedoen? Alle Europese ondernemingen die effecten uitkeren, moeten hun financi\u00eble jaarrapportering verplicht beschikbaar stellen in het <a href=\"https:\/\/catenacompany.be\/resources\/downloads\/zijn-jullie-jaarverslagen-esef-ready\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1969\">ESEF-formaat<\/a>, een variant op XHTML. <a href=\"https:\/\/catenacompany.be\/resources\/downloads\/zijn-jullie-jaarverslagen-esef-ready\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1969\">ESEF<\/a> zorgt ervoor dat jaarverslagen toegankelijker worden en het vereenvoudigt de analyse en vergelijking met andere verslagen door computerprogramma\u2019s.\u00a0<\/p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-2d53584\" data-block-id=\"2d53584\"><style>.stk-2d53584 {margin-bottom:32px !important;}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Voor de komst van deze standaard, bestond er geen uniforme gestructureerde manier om financi\u00eble informatie van bedrijven te publiceren en uit te wisselen. Hierdoor ging een heel stuk transparantie verloren en was het noodzakelijk om tijdrovende handelingen te verrichten om data afkomstig uit het ene systeem, toe te voegen in een ander systeem. <a href=\"https:\/\/catenacompany.be\/resources\/downloads\/zijn-jullie-jaarverslagen-esef-ready\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1969\">ESEF<\/a> lost alle onduidelijkheden hierrond op, voorkomt fouten, brengt effici\u00ebntie en tijdswinst, en biedt elk bedrijf transparante inzichten. Geen onbelangrijk gegeven voor overheden en investeerders in een geglobaliseerde economie.\u00a0<\/p><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ESEF &amp; ESMA voor je jaarverslag: zo begin je eraan\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-4429720\" data-block-id=\"4429720\"><style>.stk-4429720 {margin-bottom:32px !important;}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Enkel het document aanbieden in XHTML-formaat is onvoldoende. De wet vraagt om alle financi\u00eble informatie in het <a href=\"https:\/\/catenacompany.be\/resources\/downloads\/zijn-jullie-jaarverslagen-esef-ready\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1969\">ESEF-document <\/a>van de juiste specifieke \u2018labels\u2019 of &#8216;tags\u2019 te voorzien. Een lijst van beschikbare tags werd ondergebracht in een inline XBRL-standaard (eXtensible Business Reporting Language). Deze taxonomie wordt aangeboden en onderhouden door het European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). Het is dus absoluut niet toegestaan om eigen tags vast te leggen of te gebruiken. Door het toekennen van deze universele tags, worden jaarverslagen intelligent en kan ieder systeem automatisch deze documenten inlezen en verwerken.
