Your job as a Project Manager/Analyst
- You are a people person at heart, because as the first point of contact, you listen to our customers’ challenges and wishes.
- Landed a new project? Score! You analyze the customer demand and outline possible workflow automation solutions in terms of technology, processes and added value. PIM, DAM, DDP: these acronyms are familiar to you.
- Meanwhile, you are already working proactively with our business developers, programmers and multimedia specialists to capture the customer’s needs, make the right analysis and offer the appropriate solutions.
- But… change: that’s hard. Your sensor for sensitivities is therefore very sharply tuned, and you can be at least as empathetic and convincing in bringing doubters along to change.
In short, you like to bring people together and co-creatively arrive at the most appropriate solution.
