Our approach then: Open training with a set format, focused on learning those specific tools. “After this training you will be able to do X, Y and Z.” Simple, clear and effective at the time.

What we learned: While this approach worked well for the time, we soon noticed that clients began to need more variety and depth. Each organization had its own nuances, which required a more flexible approach.

Social media and multimedia tools: a shift toward diversity

With the rise of social media, the world changed. Facebook, YouTube and later Instagram and certainly Tiktok demanded different types of content spread across multiple channels. Creators suddenly had to work multidisciplinary, often with tools like Adobe Premiere, Hootsuite and Canva. This era demanded flexibility and versatility.

Our response: While open trainings were still popular, there was a growing demand for knowledge sharing across multiple disciplines within a team. We also began to offer specific trainings that capitalized on this diversity, such as how to merge videos and visuals into a powerful social media campaign.

What we learned: Multidisciplinary work requires not only different tools, but also collaboration skills within teams. This formed the basis for our focus on hands-on training.

Data and personalization: the era of customization
