With 24 hours we mean 3 separate training days, where you start with the ‘basics’ and through ‘the next level’ continue with ‘expert tips & tricks’. These days are spread over a longer period. This way you have plenty of time in between the various days to get to work yourself and to master the skills you have learned.

During the first training day ‘InDesign – basics in one day’ you learn the basic principles for efficiently adding text and images to documents. You will create simple page layouts, work with columns and tables and get typographical tips to improve the look of your communication. Together we create a good template that you can use over and over again as a starting point.

You will then optimize your workflow during the training course ‘InDesign – the next level’ by using object styles, nested styles and next styles. You learn how best to deal with different languages and last-minute corrections, and you get surprisingly creative with tables.

We end with the training course ‘InDesign – expert tips & tricks’ where you learn to base master pages on other master pages to make fundamental changes faster. You will discover how to create live links with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word so that no data is overlooked anymore. What is the ‘next style’ and how will you use it? You get tips on how to use conditional text and images. Furthermore, you will learn the tricks of basic colors to quickly create your layout in a different color.
