All Sport, a family business with an impressive history dating back to the 1970s, is known for distributing premium brands such as Speedo, Nike, Jordan and, more recently, Dakine.
Their mission? To successfully launch these top brands in the European market with a personal and customer-oriented approach. But behind the scenes, the All Sport team had trouble managing the growing mountain of digital assets.

- Folder chaos: SharePoint with a folder structures containing separate folders for high- and low-res images, each with their own version and format.
- Manual adjustments: Customers often had specific formats and requirements, resulting in endless conversions and extra folders.

- Portrait rights management: Thanks to automatic expiration dates and a download confirmation, All Sport remains legally protected and no assets from old or unreleased collections are used.
- Bulk solutions: Catena Company developed a tool to easily export links and other data in bulk, which saved All Sport a tremendous amount of time.
